During the 2013 Gathering hosted by Esalen last year, we received offers of funding for the first time to upgrade and redesign the website and create a strong identity.
Over the last 12 months we’ve been implementing this project and making steady progress. In advance of the 2014 Gathering hosted by The Haven this coming week, we’re delighted to the launch the new site…
You’re invited you to share your first impressions and offer feedback!
Hopefully the website will be a source of discussion during our time together and continue to evolve in support of the holistic movement around the world…
To manage our e-news we’re creating a newsletter with MailChimp software and invite you to subscribe to the mailing list (if you haven’t already). Scroll down the page slightly and in the right hand column you’ll find an email subscription box. Just add your email address there, click the ‘sign me up’ button and you’ll receive new posts in your inbox each time they’re added to the blog.
A new Facebook page has been created that links directly to the new site for ease of posting. We’d love you to like this page, add your comments and share the link with friends. You can either click the link below or the Facebook icon in the top right hand corner of the page.
You can also follow us on Twitter by clicking the link below or the Twitter icon in the top right hand corner.
Thank you to Peter Moore of Breitenbush Hot Springs and Werner Brandt of the Breitenbush Eco Fund for co-ordinating the funding in support of this project, also to the generous funding offered by Breitenbush Hot Springs, Paul O’Brien and Divination Foundation, and Steve Holt of the Eureka Institute.
The project wouldn’t have been possible without the creativity and expertise of Mark Rowatt Anderson – web site design and development, and Avalon dos Santos, Pistachio Creative – branding and design.
Further ideas are in place to add resources, invite contributing authors, expand the directory and more. The next phase of the project aims to generate income via directory listings so the website can become self-sustainable and continually develop over time.
We look forward to the new site becoming ever more interactive and dynamic, to the ripple effect of each centre touching more people around the world, and to more Centers Gathering in the years to come…
